Ancient, wide, luminous, noble bedrooms. The ceilings are frescoed and the furnishings are typical antique umbrian. The baths are modern with great hydro-massage showers. All the rooms enjoy a beautiful view towards the park and some of them have a direct access to it. While others enjoy a private terrace and two rooms present themselves to the inside of the gallery on the courtyard. Thanks to the large dimensions of the rooms we can comfortably arrange more students in one room according to the specific needs of the group.

Currently the Villa has 8-10 wide bedrooms.
Within the next year 10-20 more rooms will be available in the antique ” Country House” just in front of the Villa (10 meters from the front door).

We have also arranged larger groups in conventioneer hotels nearby (from 2 to 7 km far).
