| Welcome | As February sprung upon Bozeman in early 2004 thirteen Montana State University Art students began a 3 month journey exploring Italy, art, and life. Two weeks traveling to the major sites were first on the agenda. Backpacks, trains, a variety of hotels, and most importantly, art dominated an extrodinarly educational time. This period of travel drew to a close Feb. 22 with a jolty train ride to Perugia with a final destination of Corciano and our lovely villa. The remainder of our time in this beautiful country is to be spent making art under the instruction of MSU ceramics professor Mike Peed, studying Italian and Art History with Rosella Vasta, and traveling the country. Under the links above you should find a journal documenting some of the great and not so great experiences of our time, a photo album providing some visuals and a sketchbook showing off some of our work. Also check out MSU's Italy website. The link is below. Enjoy! |
